Nothing to send but the route.

## Answers 200

- `object` (`"health"`): Always `health`.
- `ok` (`true`): Always true: the API is up and answering.
- `time` (`string`): The server's time, as an ISO 8601 date and time in UTC. Example: `2026-10-02T08:30:00.000Z`.
