Tokens are used when agents are run. Each plan comes with monthly tokens, and you can always buy more through the pay-as-you-go option. Token usage depends on the agent complexity and how often it runs.

Yes. Any unused tokens will roll over to the next month. We believe if you've paid for something, it should stay with you. You'll never lose tokens you've already purchased.
